Please note that the Footdrill Competition Training will start on the 22nd December 2009 Tuesday all the way to 30th December 2009 Wednesday. All Cadets who are involved in the Footdrill Competition are required to attend the intensive trainings. Cadets are required to bring 1.5litres of Water Bottle for drinking to prevent dehydration.

There will be a Sharing feedback Dialogue Session with me on 9th December during the retreat and each cadet will be given a chance to speak up and share things with me. All cadets are compulsory to speak up and share with me about what they think.
